Max Abrams moved to Nashville in 1999. Since then he’s played saxophone and arranged horns and strings for a wide range of records across all genres with sales in excess of 15 million copies. Max has recorded and performed with a variety of acts including The Mavericks, Widespread Panic, Gregg Allman, Chris Stapleton, Taj Mahal, Little Big Town, Frankie Valli, Sir Cliff Richards, Brendan Benson, Dara MacLean, Big and Rich, Kid Rock, Luke Byran, Lionel Richie, Ben Rector, The Royal Southern Brotherhood, Jeff Cohen, Colbie Caillat, Dave Barnes, James Slater, Randy Houser, Jake Owen, and YoYo Ma, as well as making appearances on Good Morning America, The Tonight Show, The Conan O’Brien Show, The Seth Meyers Show, PBS American Masters, and the CMA, CMT, ACM, and AMA awards.

 

Abrams has produced a variety of artists and was proud of 2 releases in the Itunes top 10 in 2011. Most recently his playing can be heard on the TV shows Nashville, True Detective, a recent Victoria's Secret ad campaign, and the ME TV theme song.
